Common faults are as follows:
1. The wire of the screen mesh is broken linearly at the pressing plate.
Cause of failure:
Loose tension bolt; The screen is too long; Partial support crossbeam is desoldering or deformed; Wear of tension plate; One tensioning plate is equipped with two screens, etc.
Exclusion method:
Tighten the bolt; Re-determine the screen length; Welding the supporting crossbeam at all positions; Change the tension plate; The length of the screen mesh is matched with the tensioning plate, etc.
2. Low sieving rate
Cause of failure:
The opening rate of the screen is low.
Exclusion method:
Re-select the wire collocation of the screen mesh, etc.
3. Serious hole plugging
Cause of failure:
Too many needle-like stone particles; Wire mesh is too thick; There are many critical particles in stone and mesh, etc.
Exclusion method:
Changing the crushing method of stone; Reasonable collocation of mesh steel wires; Change mesh form, etc.
4. Straighten the hemming and deform the angle
Cause of failure:
Insufficient angle (or strength) of tension hook causes deformation of tension hook; Tension position is not in place, focus is not allowed, etc.
Exclusion:
Change the tension hook again; Pay attention to correct installation, requiring the tensioning hook to focus on the bottom of the screen hook, etc.
5. The middle of the screen is seriously worn.
Cause of failure:
Poor material diversion or sagging in the middle of the screen, etc.
Exclusion:
Improve the shunting capacity or the middle pad of the screen is raised into an upward arc, etc.
