As one of the fastest-growing countries in Southeast Asia, Vietnam has accelerated its infrastructure construction and urbanization process in recent years, and the demand for sand and gravel aggregates has continued to grow. The 250 tons/hour crushing production line project located in a certain place in Vietnam uses a full set of equipment solutions provided by China Liming Heavy Industry, and has now become a local benchmark sand and gravel aggregate production project.
Project Overview
This 250 tons/hour crushing production line mainly uses the abundant local granite as raw material, and produces a variety of sand and gravel aggregates that meet construction standards through a three-stage crushing process:
- Feed size: 0-600mm
- Discharge specifications: 0-5mm (mechanical sand), 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm
- Daily output: 2,000 tons (8-hour work system)
- Annual output: about 600,000 tons
The project is provided by Liming Heavy Industry with EPC general contracting services, including process design, equipment selection, installation and commissioning and other full-process services. The production line adopts modular design, compact and reasonable layout, which greatly reduces the site occupation area.

The production line adopts the three-stage crushing process configuration of "jaw crusher + cone crusher + sand making machine":
Primary crushing: PE750×1060 jaw crusher
- Processing capacity: 110-250 tons/hour
- Maximum feed size: 630mm
- Discharge port adjustment range: 80-140mm
Medium and fine crushing: HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher
- Processing capacity: 120-340 tons/hour
- Maximum feed size: 240mm
- Equipped with automatic control system, real-time monitoring of operating status
Sand making and shaping: 5X1145 sand making machine
- Processing capacity: 120-250 tons/hour
- Finished sand fineness modulus is adjustable, excellent particle shape
- Using thin oil lubrication, easy maintenance
Screening system: S5X series heavy-duty vibrating screen
- Equipped with three-layer screen to achieve precise grading
- Large processing capacity and high screening efficiency
- The project is also equipped with a complete dust removal system and automatic control system to achieve clean production and intelligent management.
