In the extreme environment of Kuzbass, Russia, our engineers visited the customer's construction site three times to conduct in-depth research and deal with local harsh climatic conditions such as low temperature, frozen soil and strong wind. In order to ensure the stable operation of the equipment in such harsh working conditions, we have carried out a series of innovative designs. The key parts of the equipment are made of cold-resistant steel plates to enhance the ability to resist low temperatures; the generator set has specially added a low-temperature starting system to ensure rapid start-up in a cold environment; the electrical system is equipped with an electric control cabinet heating system to effectively prevent electrical components from failing due to low temperatures; the motor has added a preheating belt to ensure the normal operation of the motor at low temperatures. These innovative measures not only overcome the harsh working environment, but also significantly improve work efficiency.
The project mainly crushes coal gangue, with a designed output of 250 to 300 tons per hour, a maximum feed particle size of 450 mm, and a fine control of the discharge particle size between 0 and 50 mm. In order to meet the customer's demand for high production, we carefully configured four YG1345FW1315ⅡL impact crusher electro-hydraulic dual-drive crawler mobile stations. Each mobile station is equipped with a GZD vibrating feeder, which can efficiently and evenly feed the gangue below 450 mm into the PFW1315II impact crusher for crushing. After fine processing by the crusher, the final output of the finished material particle size is strictly controlled below 50 mm, fully meeting the customer's specifications.
This solution not only demonstrates our ability to cope with extreme environments, but also reflects our deep understanding and efficient response to customer needs. Through innovative equipment design and sophisticated process configuration, we have successfully helped customers achieve efficient and stable gangue crushing operations under harsh working conditions, providing a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project.
