LIMING has built an efficient 250-300T/H granite crushing production line for Uzbekistan. The production line processes granite with a feed size of less than 700mm, and can produce finished materials with specifications of 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, etc.
The production line operation process is scientific and reasonable. The material first enters the 2F5X1245 vibrating feeder from the hopper, and the waste is screened out by the grate bars and the lower screen of the feeder. 20-100mm materials go directly into the transfer silo, and materials above 100mm enter the JC840x1100 jaw crusher through the feeder for primary crushing and also enter the transfer silo. Then, the material is sent to the HPT300C multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by a belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After crushing, it is screened by a 3YZS1860 vibrating screen to obtain some finished materials. Materials larger than 20mm enter the transfer silo again, and are sent to the HPT300F multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher by a belt conveyor for tertiary fine crushing. Finally, it is screened by a 3YZS2160 vibrating screen to produce more finished materials.
